Core-based Licensing

With core-based licensing, pricing is determined by the number of physical CPU cores on the machine where each database is hosted.


Standard Support

Bradmark provides all Support, from call center through escalations, including Support renewal. Annual Software Maintenance Support contracts cost 20% of the license fees. Support includes all new product upgrades and 24/7/365 technical support.


Premium Support

Premium Support includes everything Standard Support includes plus 10 hours per year consulting services. Annual Premium Software Maintenance Support contracts cost 27% of the license fees. Support includes all new product upgrades and 24/7/365 technical support.


Dev / Test and Standby

Standard discounts are provided for dev / test and standby cores, which should not exceed the number of production cores.


Core Counts

The license fee payable by the customer is determined by multiplying the number of cores on the machine by the applicable rate. In the event that the number of cores on the machine is increased, the customer shall report such increase, execute a new purchase, and pay an additional amount determined by multiplying the incremental cores by the then applicable rate per core.
