C. Bradley Tashenberg President, CEO
Mr. Tashenberg has
developed many commercially successful software products over
his 35 years
in the computer industry. Shortly
after founding Bradmark in
1981, he developed its flagship product, DBGeneral, into one
of the leading database utilities in the Hewlett-Packard 3000
market.Today,
Mr. Tashenberg has successfully transitioned the company into
one of the leading third-party providers of DBMS management
and monitoring software tools.
Prior to starting Bradmark, Mr.
Tashenberg was Vice President of Information Systems of Schlegel
Corporation, where
he successfully performed the first mainframe-to-minicomputer
conversion in the United States, standardizing the company’s
23 divisions into a homogeneous network of distributed systems.
As a result, he achieved national recognition as an expert in
distributed processing, appeared in an article published in 1998
in Business Week, and, subsequently, authored two books through
the AMACOM division of American Management on the subject of
Distributed Data Processing.
Mr. Tashenberg received
a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from the State University
of New York at Buffalo in 1968, and later pursued a Masters
of Science in Economics.He
was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to pursue Classical languages
and a scholarship to pursue a Ph.D. in Mathematics in 1969,
but decided instead to pursue a career.He is a member of the New York Academy of Science and the American
Mathematical Association.
Butch Madrazo Chairman

Mr. Madrazo works with the Greater Houston Partnership (GHP), CEO
Roundtable Steering Committee, and Mentors two CEO Roundtables; The
Rice Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship; University of
Houston Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation; Texas Southern
University; The Houston Technology Center (HTC-Tech Champion); The
MIT Enterprise Forum of Texas; and other Pro Bono Educational and
Civic Activities such as the American Red Cross.
Brad Tashenberg

Mr. Tashenberg, Jr.
began in his career with Bradmark in many
capacities and several departments that spans over a 12 year period.
From Programmer,
Product Manager, Account Representative to Director of Public Relations,
he
gained a comprehensive knowledge of the internal structure
of Bradmark as well as being a contributing member of the Board
of Directors.
In 2001, Mr. Tashenberg moved to Washington, DC to begin his pursuit
in politics. Working for Senators and expanding his experience in
other political avenues including campaigns and working at the Heritage
Foundation, he moved back to Houston to run for U.S. Congress
in 2004 (Texas – District 10). He later returned to Washington
to pursue his PhD in Economics at George Mason University. During
which he remained connected to Bradmark as a consultant,
becoming Vice-President of Business Development for the Federal Sector
after working on the 2008 Presidential campaign.
Mr. Tashenberg returned to Bradmark in 2009 as Executive Vice-President.
He currently holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Economics
from Texas State University and is continuing his efforts on his
PhD while spearheading new projects of development for Bradmark.
Jerry Fochtman
Director Research and Development- HP3000
Mr. Fochtman joined Bradmark in
1996.He has worked
in the HP 3000 industry since 1974 and has authored many technical
articles and presentations worldwide.Additionally,
he has served for many years as a Board Member, Chairman and Executive
Committee member for the Hewlett-Packard International User's Group
at both the regional and international level.Since
1997 Mr. Fochtman, has served as the Chairman of the HP 3000 technical
presentations for the annual international HP World Conference.
He holds a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Western Michigan
University.

and communications professional since 1991, Mr. Avery has successfully
directed a wide-range of marketing objectives and strategies
that support corporate initiatives. With over 20 years

and execution of numerous marketing campaigns and award-winning
collateral has
resulted
in building brand awareness and new business opportunities.
Mr. Avery is a certified "Demand
Generation" professional capable of executing a framework
for managing and optimizing marketing processes tied to revenue.
A member of the AMAs National and Houston chapter, Mr. Avery
is also active within various
marcom organizations,
and
IT User Group organizations. He holds a BA in Journalism, News
Communications and Graphic Design from the California State
University-Fresno.
